Advantages:

Чудесная новая, чистая квартира, в которой есть все для проживания семьи. Соответствует фото. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, доброжелательная и заботливая. Парковка во дворе, рядом магазины. До центральной улицы 10 мин пешком. Рекомендую.
